Clinical Program Advisor

Kristynna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and NYS Certified Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities. With over 15 years of experience working in the field of special education and behavioral health services, Kris is passionate about neurodiversity and providing high quality, individualized intervention that results in meaningful, sustainable behavior change. Kris enjoys using her skill set directly with children and families, as well as with new and aspiring behavior analysts as a trainer and mentor. Having had the opportunity to work with families of diverse backgrounds and cultures, and as a parent of a neurodivergent child herself, Kris strives to bring clinically effective treatment through a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive lens.

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Marymount Manhattan College, Kris went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from New York University and later, an advanced certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University. As the Clinical Program Advisor at PALS, Kris works closely with the Director of Applied Behavior Analytic services to support the quality of care and overall development of the PALS Support Services ABA program. In addition to providing general case oversight, Kris facilitates and maintains an ongoing collaboration with the BCBA team and works directly with clients and families, providing ABA and parent coaching services.
